soft bedsgreat gymmuddy waterpipe maintenance
the softest beds were a definite plus. the gym was lovely, offering a great workout space.
i encountered muddy water from the tap on my first day because of pipe maintenance. they initially denied my request for a new room, wanting to send a plumber.

i am very thankful for the housekeeping service, it maintained the room well. breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of variety with delicious options every morning. the hotel's location allowed easy access to various local attractions, it provided a convenient base for exploration.

The location is excellent with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Pasaport ferry terminal is a short walk. i enjoyed the big and clean pool. Alara and bahar at the pool provided excellent, polite service!
I noticed some noise from the street. My room faced the road, and it was quite busy and loud at times.

the concierge team offered the best recommendations and secured a beach reservation, even staying until 10:30 pm. alara and bahar, who worked near the pool, were consistently polite and available. staff members seemed happy and eager to assist.
